• Investment Management We manage the funds and contributions of all participants — cash, labor, ideas, and other capital — from investment through exit.
• Merchant Banking We invest as principal — bearing risk alongside our partners and paid by a share of the outcome, not fees.
• Investment Banking Where a portfolio company requires capital beyond our own, we arrange and facilitate access to additional financing.
